Want to know some stuff about me?

I grew up in Coatbridge, Scotland, and after my six years at High School I attended the University of Glasgow studying Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry. Having graduated with an M.Sci (Hons) degree, I continued my studies and gained my teaching qualification. As a newly qualified teacher I returned to my hometown and taught Chemistry in one of the local high schools. With a proven track record in teaching I was accepted as a full member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and entitled to use the designatory Letters 'MRSC'.

During my time at University I met the woman who I would later marry. After the wedding I moved away from Coatbridge and now live, with my wife, in the West End of Glasgow.

Although I have dabbled in short stories my first main work of fiction started in my sixth year of high school. It was an ambitious project and at that time I lacked the skill to see it through to completion. About a year later I returned to the project. I used the work, which I had already completed, as a back story to my first Novel - Star Fantasy: The Voice of Darkness.

Between teaching and writing novels, I have penned screenplays and short stories.

As well as writing, I own and operate Rampant Film Production, a Scottish Independent Film company. As a Filmmaker and Animator, I get a chance to explore other avenues of creativity. I try my best to find many other ways to express myself.

Mr John P. Boyle

John, my cousin, has the honour of being the first person to have put himself through my second novel. John, his wife and children have been great supporters of my artistic endeavours for many years.

John is a gifted musical artist and is one half of the musical duo Eromnim3. As a big fan of Peter Gabriel, John along with his musical partner Frank McDade, spent a few days recording down at Gabriel's Realworld Studio. Please check out John and Frank's work: www.eromnim3.com

Mr. Michael Finlay

Mike is a close friend of my big brother and like myself finds a great deal of enjoyment as being a big 'geek'. I would have to describe Mike as being a completely bonkers Englishman and one of the nicest gentlemen you would ever meet.
